Furthermore, the bill prohibits the use of state funds for the creation of any materials that use the term 'West Bank' to describe the area. A waiver process is established, allowing the executive head of a state agency to opt out of this requirement if it is determined to be in the interest of the state, provided that a written explanation is submitted to the General Assembly or the Legislative Council within thirty days of the determination.
